These Terms and Conditions govern all orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed on Beauty Hair are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email after successful payment via Payfast.
You confirm that all information provided when placing an order is accurate.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Full payment is required at the time of checkout.
Payments are processed securely through Payfast.
We honour the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days, subject to stock availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
4. Returns, Refunds and Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA):
You have a 7-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order to cancel the purchase without giving a reason.
To cancel, the items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact and in a resaleable state.
The cost of returning the goods is generally your responsibility.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Non-returnable items include:
Opened or used hair care products, beauty products, wigs, extensions, or any hygiene-sensitive items (for health and safety reasons).
Custom-made or personalised products.
Items that have been unsealed or cannot be resold.
Faulty or damaged goods: If the product is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under the Consumer Protection Act. Return shipping for faulty items will be arranged at our expense.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to display product descriptions, colours, and images accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing.
All products are sold subject to availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beauty Hair will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
